Welcome!

So, you found us...aligned women stepping up for good!

It's Time.

Come join us, and unleash your inner Honey Badger. This sisterhood offers intentional connections, joyful purpose, and collective impact.

Stay in the Know

We bring really wise, really good humans together because change happens faster (and is way more fun) when we stop doing life, business and activism alone.

This Honey Badger Sisterhood is a woman-led-collective in Northern Colorado where courageous, generous women who share aligned values come together to support each other and do powerful things...unapologetically.

Honey Badger (HUN-nee-BAJ-ER)

Noun. a fierce, innovative, fearless, tenacious, unstoppable adorable creature who can rip your face off, yet who will be your best girlfriend. Intelligent, tough, crafty, clever, resourceful, problem-solvers who will fight "predators" any day of the week.
#HoneyBadgersDon'tCare

Our Mission

We gather with purpose to connect authentically, champion philanthropy, and act intentionally. Through personal support, business visibility, and social activism, we rise together to strengthen our communities and create change that matters.

We Believe:

  • We believe in showing up: for each other, for our communities, and for what is right.
  • We believe in women who build, who give, who protect, and who do what is theirs to do.
  • We believe in taking action that moves things forward and in choosing courage even when it would be easier to stay silent.
  • We believe in conversations that matter. We are here to be real, supportive and present.
  • We believe in fundamental rights for ALL, in fair elections, holding up democracy, and the rule of law.
  • We believe that diversity makes us all better humans and wonderful communities.

We are The Honey Badger Sisterhood.  We are a Movement. Individually, we are strong but together, we are unstoppable. We are Aligned Women creating Big Impact!

We Understand...

  • We fully understand that with the political climate, our nervous system is often fried. We are constantly in a state of overwhelm with all that has and is continuing to transpire. We are getting burned out.
  • We fully understand that many of us want to "check out" and just avoid the news or the latest headliner. It's too much! We have lives to lead. We all Voted, and thought that was enough.
  • We fully understand that life feels a lot less stressful when we don't have to engage in this Sh*t show.

But we also fully understand that we cannot afford to sit this one out. Fundamental human rights are being stripped away. Greed and Pollical bullies are wiping out the middle class. We cannot sit back. The time has come to invoke the inner Honey Badger in all of us.

This is WHY the Honey Badger Sisterhood was created.

We can do this if we do it together and in a way that is inspiring, fun, and impactful. You will leave our events with more energy, not less!

Meet the Founders of the Honey Badger Sisterhood

Amy Madden and Michelle Vos

Why Us?  Well...why not? Isn't it time we ALL did our part, however that looks? We are ALL Honey Badgers in our unique way!

How are WE Honey Badgers?

How is Amy a Honey Badger?
I hand out joy, hugs, support, and love like rainbow confetti. I serve others without limits… and then, when disrespected or pushed too far one too many times: you’re done (okay, extreme, but you get it).
I’ve had it with what’s happening to women, minorities, and those being silenced, marginalized, minimized, villainized, and weaponized. I can’t keep spewing rainbows in the face of it. We know better, and yet too many stay quiet.
It’s time to get louder. To use our talents (you know the ones: getting shit done even when we’re running on empty). This is our moment to take action. Let’s rally, sisters...for each other and for all who need us. Then we celebrate BIG change with champagne and confetti.

How is Michelle a Honey Bader?

I’m an advocate with a protective edge. Creating safe spaces is my superpower. Trust me, you want me in your corner! I easily maintain strong boundaries and lead with radical honesty. What you see is what you get (Honey Badgers don't apologize for being who they are). I may have started out quiet as a kid, but standing up for people has always been instinct: no hesitation, no second-guessing.

I’m aware of the privilege I carry, and I’m here to use it: to step up, speak up, and move things forward. I live by the truth that: everything is figure-out-able. I’ll go over, under, or around; whatever it takes. Honey Badger Style. Because right now? We need that kind of tenacity...as a collective, a Sisterhood!

"Women grow radical with age. One day an army of gray-haired women may quietly take over."

- Gloria Steinem

"We are putting the world on notice, that we simply do not care what you think of us, anymore."

- Melani Sanders (We Do Not Care Club)

"We're only going to get shit done if we do it together and defy these motherf*kers."

- Jamie Lee Curtis

So...do you see yourself here? Are we your people?

YES? ...Fantastic!

NO? ...That's OK too. We are not everyone's cup of Honey Badger Whip-Ass

If yes...read on

Questions?

Meet Amy Madden

I’ve always been a daydreamer, doodling inventor, heavy thinker and theatre performer, so I sought an education and career that featured those aspects of myself. I've spent over 30 years as a creative marketer, strategic thinker, event planner and consultant for businesses and entrepreneurs…fully aware that I was the one in the corporate board room who might take the conversation in an unexpected direction.

I’ve owned several marketing and event companies, and have also spent time working for companies in corporate land. I love people, but I don’t always love what people DO to the human spirit inside the corporate machine. So, my company, RAVEN was created to lift people up, cheer them on, and manage their FAME! I support women entrepreneurs, creators and artisans, as they find their genuine brand voice, find their community, build their network, see their own magic, and bravely share it with the world.

I'm an eager and natural connector, a collaborator—someone who sees the big picture. Energetic, expressive, endlessly curious, and unapologetically creative, I think out loud, connect dots quickly, and bring momentum to ideas. I believe: if you have a passion, a talent, or a product you want the world to notice, you don’t need to blend-in or play-small. There's no time for that!  You need big ideas, confidence in them, and a smarty in your corner who knows how to amplify your voice with clear and concise messaging! Get ready - you’ll need a Fame Manager - and I know a gal who LOVES to rally around great people: www.ravenideaco.com

Meet Michelle Vos

As a Core Energy Coach, mentor, and intuitive guide for women who are holding a lot… and who are looking to create more capacity and peace. I’m a safe space. A soft landing. A grounded presence for women navigating success, responsibility, and the quiet knowing that something deeper is calling.

As a Certified Professional Coach, seasoned Facilitator, and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, I use and weave somatic work, emotional processing, intuitive connection, and strategic coaching into sessions. The power isn’t just in the tools: it’s in knowing what you need, and when.

I work with women who are at capacity: wanting to change patterns, set boundaries, or release control… but afraid everything will fall apart if they do. Together, we gently unravel what’s been carried for too long, so you can reconnect to your vibrancy, your joy, and your way forward. You don’t need the whole plan. You just need the best next step.

My clients don’t just learn what to do: they become the woman who can trust herself enough to do it. Who has created a life and/or business that allows the new version of herself to thrive. If even a small part of you is ready for support…that’s enough. Let’s talk.

Ways to work with me:
1:1 coaching (deep, personalized transformation) Retreats + immersive experiences. Women’s Wisdom Circles (intimate *Witchy* monthly groups) www.MichelleVos.com

What you can expect from our Events:

Hope. Inspiration. Forward Focused

Hope isn’t passive. It’s a decision.

We move forward with joy, even when things feel heavy.
We look for the light, create the light, and carry it for each other.
No waiting. No perfection. No drama spiral.

One step. One action. One brave idea at a time. Progress over perfection. Always.

We so got this!

Individual brilliance. Collective power.

Unique. Different. Gloriously yourself.
No gold stars for burnout. No medals for doing the most.

You matter. Your energy matters. Showing up is enough. Every Honey Badger contributes in their own way.
Different strengths. Different roles. Different rhythms.

Finding your kinship snowflakes is also just plain fun and good for business! The fact is...Alone we’re strong. Together we’re a damn force of nature!

Curious. Open-minded. Evolving.

When new information arrives, we adjust.
When better insight appears, we evolve.

Rigid thinking is not our thing. And we sure don't have the answers.

We ask questions. We trust credible sources. We lean into the brilliance within our community. The Honey Badger events are containers for wisdom and inspired connections.

Let's all give our Egos a rest and leave them at home, shall we?

Real talk. Real emotions. Real humans.

We release judgment, of self and others in our Honey Badger spaces. Humans are messy. So grace and growth live here.

Connection requires acceptance of all types and ways of BEing. Introverts, Extroverts, all have different ways of showing up. We love that!

No cancel culture theatrics. Humor is valued! No walking on conversational eggshells. We don't have time for that, we have work to do.

Generosity. Influence. Change.

We do our very best to walk our talk.
We support businesses, leaders, and initiatives aligned with our principles. We contribute to the world we want to live in. Not through outrage. But through alignment.

Collective philanthropy is grass roots and transformative.

Alignment is not a slogan: it’s a practice. Because where energy flows, change grows. That’s how movements actually work.

We DO hope you join us, becoming a part of something BIGGER! "It takes a village" and

The time is now.
